Refund Policy for Digital Goods

At SoulLove, all products sold are digital goods or virtual services, which are non-tangible and non-returnable by nature. As such, our refund policy is designed to reflect the unique characteristics of virtual products.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital goods once the purchase is completed and the product or service has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

However, we understand that technical issues may occur. If you experience any of the following within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us at support@soullove.ai and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue or issue a refund, at our discretion:

  • The digital product or service was not delivered or activated properly.

  • You were charged multiple times for the same item.

  • There was a technical error on our end that prevented you from accessing your purchase.

Refund requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) and a clear explanation of the issue encountered.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items

Please note that the following items and circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Successful delivery or activation of digital goods (including membership, tokens, or personalized AI content).

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content after access or use.

  • Any misuse or abuse of the product that violates our Terms of Service.

  • Promotional or discounted items.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, provided the digital product or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. Once the service is rendered or the content is accessed, this right is waived as per EU digital content regulations.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@soullove.ai within 14 days of your order and before using the product.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
